10. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are:

Orders of $30 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping

Orders under $30 USD: $5 USD Flat-Rate Standard Shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

11. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 4–8 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Shipping Addresses

13. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returned products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and included components.

Returns are accepted by mail after contacting us for return instructions.
